Conditions of Entry
1.1. To ensure the safety and security of all our visitors and staff, please read these Terms and Conditions of Entry (Terms)
1.2. When you purchase a Ticket, are a Ticket holder, or otherwise enter Sovereign Hill pursuant to a Pass, Ticket or otherwise, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.3 Sovereign Hill reserves the right to reject provision of its services for breach of any of the conditions outlined within this document. This includes the right to remove any visitor from any SHMA site (or part thereof) or SHMA event for any reason.
2. Definitions
2.1. “Annual Pass” means a pass with an allowance of 12 months entry to Sovereign Hill from the date of purchase. Annual passes may entitle the bearer to additional discounts and benefits as determined by Sovereign Hill from time to time.
2.2. “AURA Tickets” means tickets for a light show put on by Sovereign Hill known as “AURA”, the “AURA Night Show” or the “AURA Sound and Light Show”.
2.3. “Authorised Seller” refers to any ticket seller which Sovereign Hill has contracted to sell tickets on our behalf.
2.4. “Claims” means any claim, demand, suit, action or proceeding by any person or entity against us and/or you for loss or liability, costs (including legal costs on an indemnity basis) or damages.
2.5. “Dangerous goods” means anything so defined by the Australian Code for the Transport of Dangerous Goods by Road & Rail.
2.6. “Gold Mine” means the underground mines located at Sovereign Hill
2.7. “Inclement weather” means weather conditions which may be unpleasant or unfavourable but which do not otherwise prevent us from opening.
2.8. “Locals Pass” means a pass with an allowance of 12 months entry to Sovereign Hill from the date of purchase for those who live in the Ballarat Local Government Area
2.9. “Pass” includes a Locals Pass, Annual Pass or Pioneer Pass that is purchased subject to the Pass Terms.
2.10. “Pass Terms” means these Terms and the terms and conditions governing the respective Pass.
2.11. “Pioneer Pass” means a pass which allows free entry to Sovereign Hill for those who live in the Ballarat Local Government Area and are aged over 70 years old
2.12. “Policy” or “Policies” means a course or principle of action adopted or proposed by Us.
2.13. “Red Hill Mine” means the large tower and replica mines located at Sovereign Hill
2.14. “Severe weather” means any actual or forecast weather event that would prevent us from opening and/or delivering any service or services that would normally be available to visitors. This definition explicitly includes bushfire warnings.
2.15. “Sovereign Hill” means the museum situated at Bradshaw Street, Ballarat. This includes the buildings, facilities and services delivered at 383-389 Bradshaw Street, Ballarat except for the services delivered by the Centre for Rare Arts and Forgotten Trades.
2.16. “Special event” means any event which Sovereign Hill considers to be a special event.
2.17. “Ticket” or “Tickets” is an entry to Sovereign Hill Outdoor Museum. This includes standard museum entrance, museum entrance during special events such as Winter Wonderlights, other tours including AURA Tickets, events and services delivered by the Australian Centre for Goldrush Collections and any service, event or program delivered or managed by Us at some other site.
2.18. “Ticket holder” means a person holding a valid Ticket.
2.19. “Us, our, we” is a reference to The Sovereign Hill Museums Association Ltd, our agents, employees, contractors and representatives.
2.20. “Weapon” means anything so defined under the Control of Weapons Act 1990 (Vic) and the Control of Weapons Regulations 2021 (Vic)
2.21. “You, yours” means you as a Ticket holder, entrant or visitor at Sovereign Hill.
3. Mutual Respect
3.1. In order to create a safe environment and community, we ask you to use your 21st Century manners when you visit Sovereign Hill. Our costumed staff and volunteers are happy to share with you the stories of the past, but please be respectful. Do not touch our staff and volunteers without consent and please abstain from inappropriate or disrespectful language.
3.2. We reserve the right, with or without refund of the Ticket cost, to refuse admission or reject any persons engaging in disrespectful, disorderly, offensive or abusive behaviour or who otherwise fail to comply with these Terms at our sole discretion.
4. Ticketing
4.1. A Ticket is sold exclusively on behalf of us or by our authorised seller. A ticket is a receipt and is not transferable. If you purchase a Ticket from someone other than us or our authorised seller (including but not limited to online marketplace platforms) then we reserve the right to cancel the Ticket and deny entry without refund or compensation. You release us from and indemnify us against any Claims relating to such cancelled Tickets.
4.2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse admission or to require you to leave Sovereign Hill. A Ticket holder may be requested to provide valid proof of age and/or concession identification. We reserve the right to deny admission to any person that attempts to enter Sovereign Hill using a discounted ticket (including a concession ticket, companion ticket, student ticket, child ticket, if applicable or available) without providing sufficient evidence to us (acting reasonably) of their eligibility to enter using that ticket
4.3. A Ticket is non-refundable including for inclement weather. In the event that you cannot attend on the booked date and advise us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival, a change of date may be offered subject to our discretion. If a Ticket on the new date is charged at a higher rate than the same class of Ticket on the original booking date, the difference must be paid for the change to be processed. No partial refunds will be provided if a Ticket on the new date is charged at a lower rate than the same class of Ticket on the original booking date. If we allow one change of date (in our discretion) then it is our policy that no further date change will be processed per booking. Subject to our discretion, date changes must be within 6 months of the initial booking. No-shows (failure to attend on the day) will result in forfeiture of the booking. Tickets cannot be exchanged for credit or cash, transferred into another name or sold to another party. Requests for cancellation should be made in writing via [email protected]
4.4. Notwithstanding clause 4.3, if Sovereign Hill is unable to open due to any other conditions restricting our ability to operate, then a full refund for the Ticket will be processed. Note however that this does not apply to attendance via Annual Passes, Locals Passes or Pioneer Passes.
4.5. Additional charges apply to activities at Sovereign Hill including, but not limited to, mine tours and coach rides. You acknowledge that the mere purchase of a Ticket to enter Sovereign Hill does not confer a right on you to attend those activities. Extra charges may apply to entry prices for a Ticket during Special Events including but not limited to the Winter Wonderlights event.
4.6. Tickets may not, without our prior written consent be resold, packaged or used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes (including competitions or trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods and services. If a Ticket is sold or used in breach of these Terms, the bearer of the Ticket may be denied admission, or other action taken, without guarantee of a refund.
4.7. Opening hours for Sovereign Hill are generally from 10.00 am to 5.00 pm daily. Sovereign Hill is usually closed to the public on Christmas Day and on Mondays during Victorian school terms. We reserve the right to amend opening hours at any time including for daylight savings. Entry for private functions and other experiences or purposes (such as an evening event we may hold from time time) will be provided under operating hours and other Terms advised from time to time and at our sole discretion.
4.8. The daily program for activities within Sovereign Hill is provisional and subject to change without notice and at our sole discretion. Sovereign Hill reserves the right to cancel, withdraw, postpone, relocate or reschedule activities and there is no guarantee of viewing any or all scheduled activities.
4.9. Notwithstanding anything else contained in these Terms but for the absolute avoidance of doubt, you agree:
4.9.1. The Red Hill Mine located at Sovereign Hill operates tours that are self-guided and entry to the Red Hill Mine is at your own risk.
4.9.2. The Gold Mine located at Sovereign Hill operates tours that are fully-guided. You may not enter the Gold Mine without the presence of a staff member of Sovereign Hill. If you enter the Gold Mine you must follow the instructions and directions of any staff member of Sovereign Hill at all times while touring the Gold Mine.
4.9.3. The release and indemnity provided in clause 4.23 of these terms extends to your entry to the Red Hill Mine and the Gold Mine.
4.10. For safety reasons, drones are not permitted at Sovereign Hill. If you wish to use a drone then it is subject to prior permission at our discretion and any conditions (such as compliance with any photography policies) as may be communicated to you from time to time.
4.11. You consent to being photographed, filmed and recorded as visitors to Sovereign Hil and consent to the use or distribution of any such film, image or recording at our sole discretion.
4.12. We welcome and encourage visitors to capture and share their experiences at Sovereign Hill. Feel free to take photos and videos during your visit and share them on social media or with friends and family. However:
4.12.1. If images and videos taken at Sovereign Hill are intended for commercial purposes, you must obtain the consent of the Chief Marketing Officer prior to publication or reproduction in any format. The Chief Marketing Officer has the right to refuse any publication or reproduction in any format at their sole discretion and without reason being provided.
4.12.2. The use of artificial intelligence (AI) technology to generate content which manipulates or superimposes a photo or video taken at Sovereign Hill or of Sovereign Hill employees is not permitted. The creation of hyper-realistic but fabricated content can pose a significant risk to the personal privacy of our staff and is considered a misuse of such photos and videos. To prevent the potential for misinformation and the spreading of defamatory, fraudulent or harmful content, we reserve the right to require the removal of any such content, pursue legal action (including, but not limited to, defamation), and deny entry to Sovereign Hill.
4.12.3. Sovereign Hill is committed to upholding child-safe practices. We ask that guests refrain from taking photographs and/or videos where the main subject of any photograph and/or video is a child or children who is not attending Sovereign Hill with the guest unless consent is provided by the child’s parent or guardian. This is inclusive of any child or children who may be Sovereign HIll volunteers or members of a school group dressed in period costume. Sovereign Hill reserves the right to request any photograph and/or video taken be deleted and/or removed from social media if found to have been taken in breach of this clause. You may be asked to leave Sovereign Hill if you refuse to do so.
4.13. For the safety and comfort of all visitors, flash photography is not permitted in the Red Hill Mine, Quartz Mine, Red Hill Photographic Rooms or during any live performance held in the Victoria Theatre or during any evening experiences delivered anywhere on any Sovereign Hill site.
4.14. For the comfort and safety of visitors, staff and volunteers, the following items are not permitted to be brought into Sovereign Hill and we may, in our absolute discretion, deny the entry of such items into Sovereign Hill and deny the entry or remove from entry any persons found to possess such items on entry to or having entered into Sovereign Hill: Any item to what Sovereign Hill considers to be alcohol; illicit drugs; animals (except in accordance with 4.15); any item that could be used as a weapon; vehicles of any kind including bicycles, motor cycles, scooters, (except vehicles functioning as mobility aids); skateboards, and roller blades/skates; fireworks; balls, frisbees and helium balloons; large flags; musical instruments (unless by prior consent); amplification equipment; unauthorised advertising material or flyers; laser pointers; distress signals, whistles or loud hailers; dangerous goods; or any other item prohibited by legislation.
4.15. Sovereign Hill is committed to creating an accessible, safe and inclusive environment rich in educational opportunities. We permit access of registered assistance animals including guide dogs and on-duty dogs under the control and supervision of on-duty emergency services or security personnel as well as animals engaged in our own performances and operations (such as horses) by prior arrangement. Assistance animals must be calm, obedient and quiet. For the avoidance of doubt, any assistance animal must be properly marked or labelled as an assistance animal and proof of registration must be provided upon demand. You may be requested to remove your assistance animal from Sovereign Hill or have limited access to grounds should the presence of the assistance animal disrupt other animals on site at Sovereign Hill (for example, working horses) or if you are unable to comply with clause 4.14.
4.16. Visitors who find gold in the creek by using Sovereign Hill’s traditional gold panning equipment may keep the gold they find. Gold panning at Sovereign Hil is an immersive educational experience and is not intended for visitors to use for financial gain. Sovereign Hill holds the right to remove you from the venue and cancel any pass at our sole discretion if we believe gold panning is being used for financial gain. No ticket or pass refund will be issued in such cases.
4.17. Visitors must only use Sovereign Hill provided gold panning equipment. The use of any private gold panning equipment, and specifically any modern prospecting, panning or mining equipment is strictly forbidden. Visitors found to be using such equipment will be asked to immediately move on from the gold panning area and/or removed from the venue and may be asked to return any gold found using such equipment.
4.18. Sovereign Hill reserves the right to ask visitors to move on from the gold panning area at their sole discretion to ensure that all visitors have fair and equitable access to and reasonable use of gold panning spaces, facilities, equipment and creek gold.
4.19. Sovereign Hill is a non-smoking venue; this includes all museum buildings, property, grounds and car parks. Smoking includes but is not limited to the use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes and vaping products.
4.20. While at Sovereign Hill, you are responsible for the security of your own property. All bags may be subject to search, and you are reminded to not leave bags or packages unattended at any time. We reserve the right to deny entry to, or otherwise evict, any person that refuses a request to search their bag.
4.21. Children 15 years and under must be supervised by an accompanying adult. An adult is deemed to be any person aged 16 years or older.
4.22. WARNING: You may experience some aspects of Sovereign Hill that are potentially hazardous including activities associated with: gold panning in running and potentially deep water; gunshot and other loud noises; demonstrations using fire and hot liquids; demonstration using dangerous machinery, such as wheelmaking, blacksmithing and wood turning demonstrations; coach and articulated vehicle rides; close proximity of horses and other animals; uneven and potentially slippery gravelled surfaces and board walks; variable light levels; hazards associated with underground mining and equipment; trains and steam operated machinery; and pyrotechnics. Many areas of Sovereign Hill are exposed to direct sunlight and heat. You are required to take appropriate care of your hydration and sun protection.
4.23. You enter Sovereign Hill at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for, and you release, discharge and indemnify us against, any Claims, loss, damage, harm or injury or arising from your purchase of a Ticket or entry to Sovereign Hill. Where we are permitted to limit our liability at law, including pursuant to the Australian Consumer Law, our liability to you is limited to an amount equal to the cost of your entry ticket to Sovereign Hill and we exclude all other rights and remedies, including in contract, tort (including negligence) statutory duty or other breaches of the law.
4.24. By entering Sovereign Hill, you confirm you have read and understood the release and indemnity as outlined in clause 4.23 and agree to release and indemnify us in accordance with that condition.
4.25. At Sovereign Hill, we offer activities carried out by costumed staff and volunteers who may portray some of the behaviours and prejudices of the 1850s.
4.26. To avoid confusion with staff and volunteers, you must not wear historical clothing unless given permission to do so as part of a Sovereign Hill program. Permission must be sought prior to attending by The Chief Operating Officer who holds the right to refuse any request at their sole discretion and without reason.
5. Annual Passes
5.1. This Condition 5 applies only to the purchase of Annual Passes redeemable for access to Sovereign Hill and other associated privileges and benefits. In the event of any inconsistency between Condition 5 of these Terms and Conditions and the other terms of these Terms and Conditions, then Condition 5 shall prevail.
5.2. Annual Passes are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
5.3. Annual Passes may not be suspended.
5.4. Annual Passes may not be altered from an Adult Annual Pass to a Family Annual Pass and vice versa throughout the currency of the Annual Pass.
5.5. Annual Pass holders are responsible for renewing their Annual Pass. Automatic renewal and renewal reminders are not provided.
5.6. Annual Pass benefits include:
5.6.1. Unlimited entry for passholders to Sovereign Hill on any day the museum is open to the general public. Sovereign Hill is normally closed to the general public on Christmas Day and on Mondays during Victorian school terms. No compensation, reduction or offset will be provided should Sovereign Hill be unable to open due to severe weather, exclusive events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
5.6.2. A discount of 50% on admission tickets for up to two accompanying guests per adult pass or family pass per visit.
5.6.3. A discount of 20% on AURA Tickets for all passholders and up to two accompanying guests per adult or family pass per visit.
5.6.4. A discount of 10% on all accommodation bookings made directly with the Sovereign Hill Hotel.
5.6.5. A discount of 10% on eligible items sold at all onsite Sovereign Hill retail outlets.
5.7. Annual Pass benefits apply only to the full price of any eligible Sovereign Hill good or service. Annual Pass benefits may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount on any good or service.
5.8. Retail discounts as detailed in 5.6.5 are not available on:
5.8.1. Gold products (including bullion, nuggets and leaf).
5.8.2. Alcoholic beverages.
5.8.3. Items already on sale or marked down
5.8.4. Other items as determined by Sovereign Hill from time to time.
5.9. Entry to Sovereign Hill is subject to daily capacity limits and usual conditions of entry.
5.10. Additional changes may apply to special events, attractions or activities.
5.11. Annual Pass holders may book admission and AURA Tickets online or at the Sovereign Hill front entrance.
5.12. On each entry to Sovereign Hill on each visit, Adult Annual Pass holders must present a valid government issued or student ID in order for Sovereign Hill to reasonably confirm the holder of the Adult Annual Pass is the same person seeking entry to Sovereign Hill.
5.13. Annual Passes are not transferable.
5.14. Child Annual Pass holders must be accompanied by an adult on each visit.
6. Locals Passes
6.1. This condition 6 applies only to the purchase of Locals Passes redeemable for access to Sovereign Hill and other associated privileges and benefits. In the event of any inconsistency between Condition 6 of these Terms and Conditions and the other terms of these Terms and Conditions, then Condition 6 shall prevail.
6.2. To be eligible for an Adult, Concession or Family Locals Pass, both photo ID and proof of residence in the Ballarat region (postcodes 3350, 3351, 3352, 3353, 3354, 3355, 3356, 3357, 3358, 3363, 3364) must be supplied. Child Locals Passes must be linked to an Adult, Concession or Family Locals Pass.
6.3. Locals Passes are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Local Passes may be a temporary offering and Sovereign Hill does not warrant Locals Passes will be available indefinitely. Sovereign Hill reserves the right to remove Local Passes from sale at any time or alter the conditions attached to Local Passes offered for sale in future.
6.4. No reminder will be issued to the pass holder to renew the Locals Pass upon expiry.
6.5. Locals Passes may not be suspended.
6.6. Locals Pass holders are eligible for unlimited entry to Sovereign Hill on any day the museum is open to the general public. Sovereign Hill is normally closed to the general public on Christmas Day and on Mondays during Victorian school terms. No compensation will be provided should Sovereign Hill be unable to open due to severe weather, exclusive events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. For the avoidance of any doubt, the Locals Pass cannot be used cumulatively with any other offer and no discount vouchers or offers may be utilised for purchasing a Locals Pass unless expressly stated therein.
6.7. Entry to Sovereign Hill pursuant to a Locals Pass is subject to daily capacity limits and usual conditions of entry.
6.8. Additional charges may apply for entry to special events, attractions or activities even with a Locals Pass.
6.9. Locals Pass holders may only book admission tickets at the Sovereign Hill front entrance on the day of the intended visit. Bookings may not be made in advance or online.
6.10. On each entry to Sovereign Hill on each visit, Adult, Concession or Family Locals Pass holders must present valid government issued photo ID when requested in order for Sovereign Hill to reasonably confirm the holder of the Locals Pass is the same person seeking entry to Sovereign Hill.
6.11. Locals Passes are not transferable.
6.12. Child Locals Pass holders must be accompanied by an adult on each visit.
7. Pioneer Passes
7.1. This Condition 7 applies only to the issue of Pioneer Passes redeemable for access to Sovereign Hill and other associated privileges and benefits.
7.2. In the event of any inconsistency between Condition 7 of these Terms and Conditions and the other terms of these Terms and Conditions, then Condition 7 shall prevail.
7.3. To be eligible for a Pioneer Pass, photo ID, proof of age (70 years or over), and proof of residence in the Ballarat region (postcodes 3350, 3351, 3352, 3353, 3354, 3355, 3356, 3357, 3358, 3363, 3364) must be supplied.
7.4. Pioneer Passes are valid for three years from the date of issue. Pioneer Passes may be a temporary offering, and Sovereign Hill does not warrant Pioneer Passes will be available indefinitely. Sovereign Hill reserves the right to remove Pioneer Passes from availability at any time or alter the conditions attached to Pioneer Passes offered for sale in future.
7.5. No reminder will be issued to the pass holder to renew the Pioneer Pass upon expiry.
7.6. Pioneer Passes may not be suspended by the pass holder.
7.7. Pioneer Pass holders are eligible for unlimited entry to Sovereign Hill on any day the museum is open to the general public.
7.8. Entry to Sovereign Hill pursuant to a Pioneer Pass is subject to daily capacity limits and usual conditions of entry.
7.9. Additional charges may apply for entry to special events, attractions or activities.
7.10. Pioneer Pass holders may only book admission tickets at the Sovereign Hill front entrance on the day of the intended visit. Bookings may not be made in advance or online.
7.11. On each entry to Sovereign Hill on each visit, Pioneer Pass holders must present valid government issued photo ID when requested in order for Sovereign Hill to reasonably confirm the holder of the Pioneer Pass is the same person seeking entry to Sovereign Hill.
7.12. Pioneer Passes are not transferable.
8. Misuse of Annual, Locals, and Pioneer Passes
8.1. Any misuse of an Annual Pass, Locals Pass, or Pioneer Pass may result in the pass and any associated tickets or bookings being cancelled at the sole discretion of Sovereign Hill. No refunds will be provided for passes cancelled because of misuse.
8.2. Pass misuse may include, but is not limited to:
8.2.1. Failure to comply with these conditions of entry, any applicable laws or regulations, safety guidelines, or any directions given by Sovereign Hill.
8.2.2. Providing a pass booking code to a person not named on the pass.
8.2.3. Using a pass to book complementary tickets for a person not named on the pass.
8.2.4. Selling complementary tickets booked using a pass.
8.2.5. Providing the pass to another person who is not eligible to use the pass.
8.2.6. Using a pass for any other commercial or corporate use.
8.2.7. Continued overuse of gold panning facilities or the actual or suspected use of these facilities for financial gain to be determined at the sole discretion of Sovereign Hill.
8.2.8. Engaging in any other fraudulent or misleading activity in relation to the pass.
8.2.9. Any other activity which Sovereign Hill at their sole discretion determines to be pass misuse.
8.3. Sovereign Hill reserves the right to bill any persons for the full costs of any tickets issued under clause 8.2.
9. Gift Vouchers for Sovereign Hill
9.1. This Condition 9.1 only applies to the purchase and use of gift vouchers, gift tickets and gift annual passes redeemable for access to, or the purchase of goods and services at Sovereign Hill (including special events if applicable), AURA, the Australian Centre for Gold Rush Collections, and/or accommodation at the Sovereign Hill Hotel (for the purposes of this Condition “Gift Vouchers”).
9.2. To the extent of any inconsistency between Condition 9 of these Terms and Conditions and the other terms of these Terms and Conditions, then Condition 9 shall prevail.
9.3. Redemption:
9.3.1. Gift Vouchers may be redeemed online at www.sovereignhill.com.au or at the ticket box on arrival. Pre-booking during peak periods is essential and we reserve the right to deny entry to any person if tickets are sold out regardless of whether that person holds a Gift Voucher.
9.3.2. The Gift Voucher is not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged or refunded whatsoever.
9.3.3. The Gift Voucher can only be redeemed for the product listed on that Gift Voucher and may not be used for any other purpose.
9.3.4. Unless otherwise expressly stated, Gift Vouchers may not be valid during major or special events hosted by Sovereign Hill.
9.3.5. Vouchers for Sovereign Hill Admission are not valid during Winter Wonderlights. You will require a Winter Wonderlights Admission Gift Voucher or Ticket.
9.3.6. The Gift Voucher has an expiration date of three years from the date of purchase. After the expiration date, the Gift Voucher becomes void and cannot be redeemed.
9.4. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Vouchers. Gift Vouchers will not be replaced or refunded if the Gift Voucher is lost, stolen, or damaged.
9.5. Except to the extent required by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, Gift Vouchers are not transferable, non-refundable and may not be sold or resold without our express written consent from Sovereign Hill.
9.6. Restrictions:
9.6.1. Gift Vouchers cannot be used to purchase other gift vouchers.
9.6.2. Gift Vouchers cannot be combined with any other promotional offers or discounts, unless otherwise stated by the Company.
9.6.3. Gift Vouchers may not be reloaded or topped up.

10. Additional terms and conditions for Winter Wonderlights Tickets.
10.1. Ticket purchases for the Winter Wonderlights event are final. No refund or change of date is available. Please consider your date selection carefully. Sovereign Hill is an outdoor museum and opens in almost all weather conditions. Tickets are not refundable or transferable on account of inclement weather.
11. Additional terms and conditions of entry for AURA Tickets
11.1. Visitors are not entitled to a refund, cancellation or amendment to their AURA booking except in the event of cancellation by Us. Date changes may be approved if a request for a date change is received by Sovereign Hill no less than 48 hours prior to the show start time.
11.2. Your Ticket contains your booking details. Please arrive 15 minutes early.
11.3. Sovereign Hill recommends warm, casual clothing and flat walking shoes.
11.4. Latecomers may only be admitted during a convenient program break at the direction of Sovereign Hill and will not be entitled to a refund or partial refund in the event they miss part of the program.
11.5. Consumption of alcohol and food, other than that purchased as Sovereign Hill, is not permitted during the show and patrons caught consuming food or alcohol during the show may be asked to leave.
11.6. Strollers/prams are not advisable because of the nature of show.
11.7. Flash photography is strictly forbidden during the show and patrons caught using flash photography may be asked to leave.

Where such use is made, you will be given opportunity to opt out of receiving further direct marketing material.
