Thank you for your interest in joining our team.

Once you submit your application, you’ll receive an email confirming we’ve received it. If you don’t see this within 24 hours, please check your junk folder or contact us at [email protected] so we can make sure everything has come through correctly.

What happens next?

Shortlisting

Applications are reviewed by the recruiting manager based on the skills, experience and capabilities outlined in the role description.

After the closing date, applicants who meet the key requirements will be contacted to progress to the next stage. Unsuccessful applicants will be notified via email.

Interviews

If you are shortlisted, you’ll be invited to interview. Depending on the role, this may involve a phone screening, and up to two interview rounds.

All roles will require additional steps such as reference checks (two referees), and some may require a pre-employment medical assessment which will be arranged and covered by Sovereign Hill.

Pre-employment requirements

All roles at Sovereign Hill require a current National Police Check and a current Working with Children Check.

We are committed to being a Child Safe Organisation and prioritise the safety and wellbeing of children and young people in everything we do.

If you are under 18 years of age and applying for a role, or if you require additional support at any stage of the recruitment process, please reach out to [email protected]. We are here to support you.

You’ve got the job!

Successful applicants will receive a verbal offer by phone. Once accepted, a formal employment contract and new starter information will be provided.

We aim to make your recruitment experience clear, respectful and straightforward, and we look forward to welcoming great people to our team.
