As a not-for-profit, we're committed to making a positive impact through community partnerships, volunteering, education and cultural collaboration.

We work alongside community, education and cultural organisations to create opportunities, strengthen connections and support our region.

Some of the ways we do this include:

• Creating opportunities for connection, belonging and contribution through our Volunteer Program, welcoming community members to share their time, skills and passion.
• Collecting and repurposing mobile phones through DV Safe Phone, helping provide a vital connection to safety and support for victim-survivors of domestic violence.
• Donating a limited number of tickets each year to schools, charities and community groups to support their fundraising initiatives.
• Participating in the Big Brothers Big Sisters workplace mentoring program, supporting young people through employee mentoring.
• Partnering with organisations including Child and Family Services, Good Shepherd, Wadawurrung Traditional Owners Aboriginal Corporation, Chinese Australian Cultural Society Ballarat, Ballarat Historical Society, the Department of Education and Victorian Catholic Education Authority on initiatives that strengthen our community, share knowledge, and build lasting connections.
