Mannas Outstation is a two-room outbuilding. It is named after the manna gums which grow in this part of Narmbool.
Constructed of timber slabs and bark, by Sovereign Hill craftsmen, the Outstation replicates a simple 19th century settler’s residence. ‘Mannas’ is used by students undertaking environmental trails.
Groups walk from Sovereign HiIl Lodge to cross Williamsons Creek and arrive at Mannas some 20 minutes later. Access by car takes about 5 minutes.
